 The
Nampa Civic Center's Brandt Auditorium is the ideal location for performing
arts events, concerts and & large business meetings. It is equipped with
state-of-the art audio-visual equipment and operated by some of the finest
audio-visual technicians in the State of Idaho. Each of the 640 generously
padded seats provides an excellent & detailed view of the stage area.
Facial expressions of performers and participants can be easily seen from
the back row. Both professional and amateur performing artists have applauded
the acoustics of the Brandt Auditorium.
In addition to the fine facility
and technical staff, the Nampa Civic Center Auxiliary provides complimentary
ushers and ticket takers for arts & entertainment events. Box Office services
are also provided for all auditorium events including the ability to accept
Visa and MasterCard for ticket sales. The Center provides promotion assistance
through the Super-Size Electronic Readerboard and local media contracts.
The Civic Center Auditorium is the site of
many large corporate meetings. The theatre is ideal for full company and
annual meetings where large numbers of individuals are involved. The Auditorium
is equipped to provide multimedia projectors, a Super-Size Screen, high
speed internet connections, standard phone lines and satellite downlink/uplink
services.
 The
Brandt Auditorium is the home to the Nampa Civic Center Performing Arts
Series, Majors & Minors Musical Review, Miss Idaho National Teenager Pageant,
Musettes, Music Theatre of Idaho, Showtime Chorus (Sweet Adelines), Book
Nook Productions and the majority of Treasure Valley Dance studios. Famous
Artists who have enjoyed performing at the Nampa Civic Center include
Bo Diddley, Widespread Panic, Weird Al Yankovic, BJ Thomas, Ballie and
the Boys, Black Hawk and Arlo Guthrie. Brandt Auditorium has hosted major
professional touring Broadway musicals including, "Hello Dolly," "Lost
Highway," and "Crazy for You."
