Come to this free enrichment seminar with keynote speaker Joyce Dearstyne. "Joyce is a dedicated proponent of community outreach and service with a long history of activism in our region. She is currently involved in multiple committees, councils and consortiums, including the National Rural Assembly, the Clearwater Basin Collaborative, the Idaho Solid Waste Committee, the North Central Idaho Telecommunication Consortium, the Ida-Lew Economic Development Council, and Communites Creating Connections. Joyce was a founding member of several of these organizations as well as being the guiding light behind Framing Our Community, where she has served as Executive Director for the past ten years.
